What We Look For 
We are seeking an individual with strong database expertise, excellent reporting skills, and a focus on customer service. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their work, improve processes, and deliver consistent results. 

Responsibilities 

• Develop and deliver business data reporting, BI dashboards, and data analysis solutions to both internal teams and clients. 

• Optimize and improve the efficiency of company databases and data flows across all functions. 

• Perform tasks related to Business Intelligence, data integration, and automation as needed. 

• Create and maintain database queries and report writing using BrightGauge. 

• Support application development and script writing as part of data integration efforts. 

Skills 

• Proficiency in SQL with expertise in query optimization and performance tuning. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams. 

• Experience with NinjaOne remote monitoring and management platform, including device management, patch deployment, and automation workflows (preferred).

Requirements 

• 2+ years of work experience in database management, BI reporting, and data integration. 

• Experience with scripting languages (such as PowerShell) for automation and data processing.

• Relevant degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field). 

• Ability to attend 1-2 meetings per week in USA Eastern time zone. 

• Background check and pre-employment screening.
